Birds

“You can believe, that all beings —
Are My little children!”

Krishna [6]

Vladimir always taught and is still teaching us not only the art of meditation but everything! He is teaching us to — see the harmony and beauty of nature, to be careful, to have gentle interaction with each incarnate soul. Every living being — blades of grass, trees, small spiders, ants — were becoming for us those, who we should sincerely love. It was inadmissible “to miss” an ant on a trail and accidentally step on it. Or walk past a rusty sheet of tin, which crushed down young grass without removing it. He always noticed when a living creature needed help, for example, by releasing a young tree from a dry branch that hanged on it, by cutting ropes that were wrapped around tree trunks by someone which hindered the growth of trees.

Vladimir is not only teaching us by words, how we should act. He always gives the example himself, by the way he lives: by practicing the laws of love towards every creature. And this is how we were learning from him; we saw an example before our eyes, as he was putting it into practice.

He also taught us to recognize birds by their voices.

It was not easy for me to do this… During the first spring of my discipleship, voices of birds were naturally joining into a united harmony of happiness expressing the first touches of God, and I was not able to remember their names or their songs. My skills in ornithology* were limited to the ability of distinguishing a crow from a cuckoo. If I saw a bird, I was able to distinguish a thrush from a woodpecker, a robin from a chaffinch… But by ear… and when they all sang together…

It was like if Vladimir asked: “Who is keking?” As we knew the answer: we spotted a woodpecker and said “kek-kek” — it was written in our cheat sheets. A black woodpecker says: “I’m sitting down” when he sits on a tree, and whistles, as a police whistle, declaring to everyone that he flew. “Pink, pink” — means chaffinch. Jay — gently “croaks”. And blackbirds, if they are just talking among themselves or fighting off other birds from their nests, — cracks.

But if the same kind of thrushes starts to sing — it is very difficult to distinguish: a blackbird, a redwing, a song thrush or a fieldfare… You will never guess! And you can not record their verses in cheat sheets!

And only with time did it became clear to us, that those who have not yet learned to contain in themselves love for all living beings — His children, also can not love God. And that you can truly love them — only if you are willing to know them: learn their names, recognize their voices…

Vladimir did not only manage to overcome such resistance from us. He did not only give us the possibility to see, near our big city, black grouses and snipes, woodcocks and curlews, foxes, hares, beavers… We became witnesses and participants of a transforming miracle: when we learn to live in subtle harmony with nature, animals and birds cease to be afraid of us and approach us, fly up close. When we got in forests instead of parks, tits and jays came to eat cheese sandwiches right out of our hands. Lizards were letting us pat their backs warmed by the sunshine. Robins, with their big eyes for their little furry bodies, were looking at us: they seemed to be asking themselves… Who are those big creatures radiating love? They were flying up close and were sitting on branches very close to us — and gave us the pleasure to hear their beautiful songs.

Then, when we were filming the birds for our movies, I really got to know about their lives — and loved them even more, as Vladimir wanted! And I learned their songs, while I was offering robins and chaffinches, thrushes and warblers the possibility to sing their songs in the microphone — for the pleasure of those people, who, perhaps, will hear their voices in our films for the very first time.

Places of Power

March 30, 2016

Anna Zubkova

“God — the Great Infinite Universal God — is Love. And in order to get closer to Him, cognize Him,
to join Him — we also have to become
very-very big love!”

(From the film “Sattva of Spring”)

Then we went to the wood to Assyris’s place of power. The things that I did not even dare to dream about, were starting to come true…

A huge sphere of Living Divine Light, which is visible by the eyes of the consciousness that developed from the spiritual heart… The Shining Sun of the Divine Love… Again — was giving an intense Bliss of Contact…

It seemed that I was burning with happiness — and I asked and prayed:

“Assyris, what are You? I want to see, hear, understand, feel you so much more fully — in all of Your Divine Omnipresence!”

Vladimir saw my troubles and approached me:

“Exit back from the anahata. And try to push off from the back of the body by the hands of consciousness. Then you will be able to swim into Assyris’s Light of Consciousness. Then you can try to merge with Him through filling His form.”

After an hour of effort and hard work, which were only replaced by a piercing feeling of blissful Merging for a few seconds, I was tired and exhausted like never before in my life.

… As we were walking to the bonfire, Vladimir asked me on our way: — So. How did it turn out? Did you like it?

I was confused as I did not know how to reply. Because I had no idea of how THIS should turn out!

He smiled, and then assured and encouraged me that it turned out okay… He then began explaining to me how a human’s consciousness gradually develops. In the beginning, most people have the consciousnesses about the size of a tennis ball and that they are often attached to some chakra. The methods of Raja Yoga allow one to learn how to move by his own consciousness through energy structures of the body and, at the same time, clean them. When energies of the body and consciousness itself have been cleaned and made subtle in a sufficient measure — then a human can begin to learn how to get out of the body, to tune, as a consciousness, to the level of subtlety of the Divine Teacher. The next steps — growing in size, volume of the consciousness; is called “crystallization” — similar to the growth of crystals in a proper environment.

… Then we had lunch and rested at a fire. After that — we were given some home-work to do: to continue the work of cleansing and development of the chakras further. In particular, we had to sing special mantras for chakras.

To show us how this should be done, Vladimir, coughed slightly, and sang all the mantras in an amazingly high pitch. They sounded gentle, subtle, the whole snow-covered wood space was filled with the sound of his voice, which did not seem to belong to his body. Vladimir, with his soft fluffy beard framing his face, wearing a quilted jacket and rubber boots, was standing in front of us, and the sounds of the mantras were filling the whole space around. His body seemed to have nothing to do with it. All the air transparency was suddenly coming to life and it was huge, composed of a flow of his soft voice…

… Those tuning sounds for chakras allowed us to tune our bodies with their energy structures — as tools which are suitable for further work to improve consciousnesses.

* * *

He left us to work independently for some time.

I was feeling and watching, being amazed and delighted of how powerfully God was coming into my life and throwing away “garbage and trash” from my everyday life.

From that moment every morning, as soon as I woke up I kept remembering Assyris. He immediately was coming to me — and was filling me with joy and hope.

When I “was forgetting about myself” in the hustle of the city life, sometimes like out of nowhere, through the haze of clouds over the wet snow, for a few seconds appeared in the sky the solar disk… — and I was igniting with joy when this made me remember about Assyris. Inside my consciousness, lines of poetry were beginning to be heard. I did not compose them, they began to manifest themselves — as some kind of rhythm, that were gradually filled with words… — words, which took me away and beyond the bounds of this world of illusions…

* * *

Every morning we were doing a set of exercises given to us and were singing mantras for the chakras, while hiding in the bathroom: in order not to wake up relatives at six in the morning. The neighbors above and below, probably, were wondering what was this suspicious hum coming from the water pipes…

And so I wanted to go — faster, further!

One time, Vladimir called us to inform us of a new class.

I informed Maria about this… But she said that unfortunately that day she was busy and could not get rid of her work…

This situation, and what happened to her next, became a life lesson for me with the meaning that we had to go to the limit of opportunities. She was despaired that God did not take her, did not let her come closer to Him… And, if not now, the opportunity could never present itself again! “The bird of freedom flies — and it never stops and does not come back!” — this is what Juan Matus taught through Castaneda’s books. Her despair was so great that I did not know what to do. I had no way to console her…

But everything was resolved very simply. God having done His test, Vladimir just postponed the time of the meeting for two hours, so Maria could come to work, and at our class.

… So, snow and rain were splashing under our feet, the sky was gray with heavy clouds…

But before us — there was a wonderful plant of power — a poplar. It differed from all the surrounding poplars by his huge cocoon of subtle and lightful energy, and was completely consonant with the energy of the developed human spiritual heart. This — warm tenderness and light, could be seen by the consciousness, despite the dampness and gloom around. We could also feel the boundary of the cocoon from the outside and the inside, through filling the cocoon by ourselves — ourselves as spiritual hearts. Or we could even go with the concentration of the consciousness below the earth’s surface — the place, where the cocoon covers the powerful roots of the poplar. The surface of the earth ceased to be perceived and we then could freely pass through the earthly firmament…

But this poplar — is not just a tree with anahata energy: it is — a consciousness, which had human incarnations in the past. And through the life of his tree body, it now develops a peace that could not have been learnt when living and loving as a human…

We could speak, and emotionally communicate with this soul … The reality of communication of consciousnesses beyond the physical world became obvious for us at that time. It was impossible to no longer understand that life is seen as a movement of material bodies only from one side. But, as we looked deeper beneath this matter we could feel its heartbeat, and so it was getting clearer to us that we — are not bodies but consciousnesses, that — there are an infinite number of other evolving consciousness around us — as alive as we are…

We were instructed to continue to work with the poplar, and we worked there every morning before we got to work and every evening, we came back to him, greeted him, hugged him with the hands of the spiritual hearts. And this big and kind soul taught us harmony, tenderness, love and peace, and helped us clean the energy structures of our bodies. It also helped us get used to being as big as him.

… I recently came back to our poplar friend and asked him: what should I write about you in the book? What would you like to say to people? He replied:

“I hardly remember what books are. But I know what it means to love, love, love!…”

… And I no longer wanted to hear any words, I just wanted to respond with my love — to his love.

After all, to love — is much more, than to speak about it!

* * *

Then Vladimir taught us to exit from the anahata through the meridian chitrini and to merge with the Holy Spirit over the earth’s surface…

During the few hours living with him we were able to master what people sometimes take more than one incarnation of hard work to do…

At that time we did not realize yet the enormous help that God was giving us in order for us to go to Him…

… In particular, I had the gift of experiencing myself through a fundamentally new state. Speaking in the terms of Juan Matus, I managed to completely “collect myself into another world”, leaving the physical body to go into the Living Light of the Holy Spirit in the third level of density of Its manifestation.

The sensation of my body completely disappeared. I was swimming by consciousness, extending the hands of my spiritual heart and aspiring to be there with all my being, where many living souls are mutually merged into One Consciousness manifested by the Light and Love of the Creator in the Creation. I stopped looking and turned back my attention to the physical world, I did not remember where my body was, when performing the meditation… Meditation — as an active job — suddenly ceased to exist for me. No more efforts were required anymore… The world of the Infinite Living Light became the only Reality… I was met there by the Embrace of Love, I was expected there, was expected for a long time

This state did not last very long, but while I was there I was not realizing time. When I “flipped” back into my body, I could not repeat it at will all by myself. I just captured this state and subsequently tried to “catch up” to it. It was the appetizer of God: He had shown and given me once again, in one other variant, the bliss of really cognizing, feeling Him. And then all depended on my efforts — to comprehend Him fully and Merge with Him in the Abode of the Creator.

The Basic Principles of Teaching Psychic Self-Regulation to Children and Adolescents

November 27, 2015

Our experience accumulated in various forms of teaching psychic self-regulation to children and teenagers allows us to formulate the following recommendations:

1. Dedicated ethical work, which every instructor must do on the background of teaching psychic self-regulation, must lay the foundation of ethics in students.

2. Groups of students can be formed either of children only or can include adults as well. In the latter case, the program is created for children, but parents willingly participate in such classes. One of the advantages of the second option is that it creates common interests in such families and helps to overcome separation between the parents and children.

3. One should not teach children and adolescents the exercises of work with the reflexogenic zones of the emotional-volitional sphere* (some basic exercises with the anahata can be an exception) if there are no special medical indications for this. The reason for this is that these exercises are not compatible with alcohol consumption during or after the course. One cannot be sure that children and teenagers will observe this rule in the future.

4. The emphasis in this work has to be put not on achievement of high results, but mainly on broadening the students’ horizons, on informing the students in order to help them to choose their way of life when they grow up.

Enrich the classes with aesthetics and sports!

One can supplement them with choreography, music, photography, paintings, tourism, ecology, literature, philosophy — depending on the field of competence of the instructor.

One can also enrich the classes of different profiles with the elements of psychic self-regulation.

5. One should not teach shavasana to children younger than 12 years, because some children have difficulties coming out of deep relaxation. (Exceptions from this rule are allowed only in case of medical indications. Such sessions must be conducted by a certified physician.)

6. There can be exercises of work with the reflexogenic zones of the emotional-volitional sphere and other similar methods used by trained physicians to treat neurological and psychiatric disorders in children. It is especially effective for correcting social disorders.

7. Most easily children and teenagers master exercises with mental images. Mastering the concentration is usually more difficult for them. However, training them in concentration is especially important for their progress in the school. Very helpful in this respect is to exclude “killed” food (i.e. made of bodies of killed animals) from children’s diet, and at the same time to increase the amounts of proteins found in milk and eggs. The same recommendation is useful in every respect for all people without exception.

8. An interesting positive effect can be achieved if children are present (but do not participate on equal rights) on out-of-town classes of groups where their parents study. If there is no obtrusive attitude towards them, children turn on the important mechanism of training — imitation. They learn a careful attitude towards nature, as well as towards any manifestation of life; they master skills of life in a tent, building a fire and preparation of food on it, learn discipline (waking up early in the morning, morning exercises, morning bathing, etc.), learn to see the beauty of nature and attune to it, easily master exercises for tempering the body, for example, they insist on participation in winter swimming together with adults [6,9].

Regarding the practice of winter swimming for children, let me note the following: this method helps to increase the range of temperatures comfortable for the body for the whole life; it “tempers” the body. Yet it must be used under the following conditions:

a) fully voluntary attitude of the child, with no persuasion from adults: the children themselves know best when they are ready for it;

b) favorable emotional state of all present adults;

c) making no attempts to treat with winter swimming (as well as with showers of cold water) children who are weakened by prolonged illnesses. Winter swimming as a medical procedure is effective for treatment of some local disease processes in those children who are generally in good health. The healing mechanism in this case is bioenergetic stress in response to “cold impact”. But if the body is weakened by a prolonged illness, then it has no energy which can turn on the needed process. In such cases, the opposite is effective — for example, hot baths or saunas.

Jesus Heals Now As Well

November 4, 2015

banner-jesus_christ

Jesus Christ healed people during His life in the body and He does the same now for worthy embodied people.

For this, one needs, first of all, to become worthy of His help and, secondly, to know the methods of healing suggested by Jesus.

To become worthy means to really fulfill the Teachings that God gave us through Jesus. One can acquaint oneself with these Teachings — in their most exhaustive form, in my opinion — with the help of the book The Original Teachings of Jesus Christ.

We can see the opposite approach by observing the example of endless parasitic panhandling of something from Jesus by some people. They repeat: “God, have mercy on us! God, have mercy on us! God, have mercy on us!” and “Give us, God! Give!…”. Not only incarnate people, but also the Representatives of the Creator suffer from such tediousness. People who live like this separate themselves from God and move away from Him by their own attitude and acts and, therefore, should not expect to receive His Gifts!

In other words, my suggestion is to study the Teachings of Jesus as thoroughly as possible and change one’s life so that it will turn into a service to God within one’s powers. Only then one can expect to become worthy of direct communication with Him and of receiving His healing help.

While doing this, we must remember that there is nothing impossible for God! That is why, if we do not see real improvement in the situation with our diseases, we then have to look for the cause in ourselves. It means that we should again search for our imperfections, analyze them, and correct them.

… There are different possibilities of direct mutual communication with Jesus. For example, one can do this inside His Mahadobles. However, there is another method for beginners, the simplest one.

You need to print a real portrait of Jesus that is created on the basis of His Shroud and that is improved and blessed to be spread among people by Sathya Sai Baba in order to help them.

Yes, Jesus is like this now as well. He embodies Divine Love, caresses and gives Bliss to those who deserve this, shows the next stages of the spiritual Path, and teaches how to merge with Him and with the Universal and Only One God!

The size of the portrait should not be less than A4. You can get it from a calendar or from the cover of the book about His Teachings from our website: http://spiritual-art.info.

It is convenient to glue the picture, for example, to a piece of cardboard so that you can put it on the wall or hold it in your hands close to your body.

Then, first of all, you need to establish — through the Face of Jesus — personal relations with Him based on the emotions of love. These emotions are born in the spiritual heart. If you never worked with your own spiritual heart, I advise you to bridge this gap immediately, because it is possible to really come closer to God, Who is Love (1 John 4:7-8), only on this basis!

If you are indeed worthy of real relations with Jesus, you will necessarily feel the established “communication channel” between Him and the anahata chakra in your chest.

Let us try to make the stream of the emotions of love flow, in turns, from us to Jesus and from Him to our bodies.

Let us kindle more and more our love for Him! Let us learn to love Him!

This emotional love should become stable, and then it will be possible to cautiously ask Jesus about healing, promising Him not to stray from the spiritual Path ever again.

If we see the positive attitude of Jesus towards us during the sequence of such meditations, we can start bringing His portrait to other parts of the body, and not only to the chest, specifically to our chakras and dantians.

I wish all of you success!

Agni Yoga: The Refinement of the Consciousness

October 27, 2015

The refinement of the consciousness with its gradual penetration into deeper and deeper layers of the multidimensional space is a way to Mergence with the Divine Consciousness.

However, the spiritual Path begins not with psychoenergetical work but with ethics.

The previously considered ethical principles are not a moral dogma. They contribute very directly to the correct development of the consciousnesses. They help one to gain the main qualities that are characteristic of God in the Aspects of the Creator, Holy Spirit, and Messiah. These qualities are Love, Wisdom, Power, and Subtlety.

We cultivate love in ourselves by caring about other incarnate beings, including plants, animals, different groups of people, and quite concrete people, by increasing our love for God up to the highest level, and through our self-sacrificial service to Him.

We develop wisdom by studying ourselves and other incarnate and non-incarnate beings, God. Gaining wisdom is not possible without service to God manifested as spiritual service to people. And cognition of God is realized by means of redirecting the inquiring mind and cordial love — to Him. One of the main features of wisdom is the creative ability developed in the process of service.

And the true power, which is initially attained in one’s earthly activity, is manifested on the highest stages of growth as the powerful and subtle consciousness.

… Thus one can see that the main principle of development of the Divine qualities in oneself is the refinement of the consciousness.

It begins with a refusal of coarse emotional states and cultivating subtle states in oneself. Only then can one use the psychoenergetical techniques of refinement.

So, it is for the purpose of preparing oneself to really serious esoteric work of self-development that one needs ethical self-correction, development of the ability to admire the beautiful and to attune to it, and the ability to be gentle, tender.

Let us now read some quotations:

“One should not be attached in thoughts to dark and oppressive memories, for they, like leeches, will suck one’s life-energy.

“One should forget about failures, for they happen in the life of everyone.

“Why drag along a needless tail of woes?” [4]

“Beauty: Cosmos establishes the Evolution on this formula!” [40:Infinity]

“It is one thing to reason abstractly about the distant worlds, and it is another thing to realize oneself as a participant there.

“Only they who have not closed for themselves the path to beauty can understand how near to them the distant worlds (eons) are!” [1]

“At first it is necessary to habituate oneself to the refinement of emotions, in order to saturate the spirit with the necessary attraction to the world of beauty. Thus the conventional conception of standards (of beautiful) will be replaced by the true understanding of beauty. … The refinement of emotions must be introduced into life.” [3]

“… We gave the basis for actions and works that are based on beauty!” [2]

“… Wonderful pearls of art can truly elevate and transform the spirit!” [2]

“… One should develop all thoughts leading to the refinement of the consciousness. Thus one can build a higher step (for oneself)!” [2]

“… Only with the force of devotion to the Teacher can one achieve the refinement of the consciousness!” [2]

“… The evolution of the spirit requires (its) refinement, which is essential for constructiveness.” [2]

“… Only subtle energies can be joined to the subtle; therefore, the straightest path is through the heart!” [3]

“The psychic energy differ in quality. Its refinement can impregnate the higher manifestations of the vital functions… In the process of refinement, the psychic energy passes through its stages.” [3]

Agni Yoga: The Heart

October 24, 2015

The entire path of the psychoenergetical development of man is based on the development of the spiritual heart, because the highest spiritual achievements are realized by the energy of the consciousness expanded from the anahata chakra.

“… The heart should be understood as the only link between the visible and invisible worlds. … Only the thread of the heart leads one to the Infinity.” [2]

“Mergence with the Highest can be realized only through the kindled fire of the heart!” [2]

“In order to link the chain of the worlds (of the multidimensional space), one has to pay special attention to the heart. Only thus can we stay within the boundaries of… the growth of the spirit (i.e. the correct quantitative growth of the consciousness).” [2]

The spiritual heart is an organ of an individual consciousness that produces the emotions of love.

Emotions are states of consciousness. They are born not in the brain but in special structures of the organism — in the chakras.

By entering the anahata chakra, the consciousness enters the state of cordial love.

God is Love, therefore Mergence with Him is possible only if man transforms into Love and develops stability and power in this state.

“The heart is the link connecting the worlds, and only the heart can respond to the Heart of the Lord and the entire Hierarchy!” [2]

“… A consciousness that does not comprehend this can only mumble great words, but cannot apply them to life, because only a heart saturated with the Greatness of the Hierarchy can understand the entire greatness of the Cosmic Law.” [2]

“It is correct to say that love is a guiding, creative principle. This means that love must be conscious, (rightly) aspiring, and self-denying. … The heart filled with love is able and valiant and will expand until it encompasses (God).” [2]

“The love of the feat is not austere for those aflame in heart, but it frightens those who love their weaknesses and those who waver, embracing the illusionary ‘I’.

“The creative fire of the heart does not wander, it resolutely ascends by the steps of the Hierarchy to the Highest Light.

“Love is a guiding, creative principle.” [2]

Agni Yoga is the Path of fiery cordial love for God. It is a realization of the ideas of Bhakti Yoga.

Yet, we have to understand that one cannot develop the capability for the cordial love only by appealing to it or by means of psychoenergetical methods alone. Love is the result of the complex development of strong souls. And in order to gain such love, we have to form ourselves through usual earthly activity, through special esoteric practices, and what is most important — through intellectual work on ethical correction of ourselves.

Agni Yoga: Divine Fire

October 16, 2015

In the book [4] it is said: “We exclaim: Fire, Fire! However, only few understand what Fire it is…”

Yes, the Highest Hierarchs manifest Themselves in the Creation in the form of Divine Flame, non-burning to the righteous.

They also can appear above the surface of the Earth in a giant anthropomorphic Fiery form towering to the sky.

They can enter the hearts of their devoted disciples igniting the Divine Fire in them.

Full submersion of the spiritual seeker as the consciousness into the Fire and Mergence with It results in the “burning away” of all unfavorable remnants of the karma. And “burning throughout” the body with this Fire results in its healing.

… Everything in the universe is regulated by the Law of attraction. It works not only in the material world but in the spiritual world as well. All souls that are in the process of their positive evolution move along the Path of refinement to the Highest Magnet — to the Consciousness of the Creator in His Abode — in the Infinity. This is the law of Evolution established by God. Therefore, it is better to follow it, to live in agreement with God. This law says that we are embodied on the Earth with the purpose of developing ourselves qualitatively and quantitatively, in particular, by refining (“transmuting”) the consciousness for the sake of moving to more and more subtle layers of the Creation, for the sake of enriching the Primordial Consciousness, the Creator with ourselves.

Those who willingly walk on this Path receive His help. Those who oppose, who attach themselves to the material, who defend their separateness by growing their arrogant and petty “I”, who cultivate coarseness for the sake of achieving success in worldly affairs — such people establish their separateness from God, renounce His Love, form bad karma for themselves, and go to hell.

Therefore, God suggests: “Let the consciousness expand towards the Focus” [2]. “… The center is occupied by the Hierarchy. From there all rays emanate…” [2]. Let us aspire to it!

Therefore, one should seek Shambhala not in the mountains, where some people believe it is, but… in the highest spatial dimension.

The information about how the Highest Hierarchs help us on this Path can be found in this book.

“How little does humanity relate the idea of responsibility to the concept of Shambhala, regarding it rather as a land ordained for rest! If people would realize that the Brothers of humanity bear all the burden of human consciousness! If people would realize that We carry the responsibility for all their intentions! If people would realize that the essence of Shambhala is the Source which creates a better step for humanity!…

“The comprehension of Our Image by humanity completely contradicts the reality!

“We serve the progress of humanity!” [2]

“It has never been said to rely upon the Lord. On the contrary, it was repeated: ‘Be imbued with the Lord!’ There is a great difference between timid and inactive reliance and imbuing the entire being with the Consciousness of the Lord. Like a powerful sword, the consciousness merged with the Lord destroys all obstacles! Doubt cannot arise if the flaming consciousness is kindled! There will be no fatigue if the Inexhaustible Source of Strength is accepted! Fear cannot enter the temple of impenetrable armor! Thus, I advise accepting My Shields not through resorting to a ‘saving’ protection but to achieve victory through Mergence of consciousnesses.” [2]

Warriors Who achieve Mergence with the Divine Fire in the Infinity become “Earthly Representatives of the Hierarchy” [2]. Through Them God explains His Will at the highest level of competence.

Agni Yoga: Psychoenergetical Work

October 5, 2015

Healing

The mechanism of the development of many diseases, including cancer, is an intrusion of dark energies into one’s body through its weakened energy structures [3].

Many mental diseases of the schizophrenia type are caused by a dark entity settling in the body of a vicious person. The typical karmic reasons for this are betrayal or carelessness. [2]

“Those of pure heart are invulnerable to the sickness of possession, but putrid hearts can attract awful entities.” [3]

The situation of a mental disease of that kind is almost hopeless, but in case of a corporal disease caused by such factors one can resort to bioenergetical correction. [2; 40:AUM; see also 15]

Yes, cancer is an affliction of mankind, and it will grow. But those who do not eat meat, drink alcohol, use tobacco and drugs, who maintain pure psychic energy — such people should not fear cancer. [40:Agni Yoga]

Treating cancer in its initial stage can be surgical. However, the treatment is meaningless if such a person after being cured continues to live a vicious life. [40:Agni Yoga]

As for infectious diseases, one has to know that they should be treated in a combined manner: using both bioenergetical and medical means [1].

In any case — including energy attacks of dark entities — one can protect the organism by creating a Fiery Shield, i.e. by uniting oneself with the Flame of a Divine Teacher.* These battles are initiated by God with the purpose of teaching us to come closer to Him. If one does not have the Shield yet, the protection can be ensured by a protective network formed by the chakras filled with energy [2,3].

Every one of us has to accept that the health is necessary, first, for successful advancement along the Path of self-development and thus requires our attention, and, second, it is directly related to the spiritual efforts that we make.

The healing of oneself or of other people has to be comprehensive. It should begin with an analysis of the karmic reasons and removing them through repentance. Only then (or along with penitential work), one may perform psychoenergetical, medical, and other kinds of healing.

It is also important to remember that God always controls everything that happens to us. And He expects correct decisions from us. Such decisions can take place only if we have learned to view the situation not in the egocentric way but from the standpoint of God, i.e. feeling not ourselves but Him as the Regulator, the Goal, the Meaning, and the Center of everything happening in the universe.

“Verily, karma is frightening only to those who indulge in idleness” [2].

“Observe how each deed influences the fluctuations of karma.

“One can see how betrayal in all its forms causes a quick formation of (negative) karma. One can learn much from such observations. It is a pity to see people harming themselves! One can see how a viper strikes the inner being during these self-defeats. Nothing can avert the consequences, for the cause and effect are too close.” [2]

On the contrary: “The growth of the spiritual warriors as consciousnesses is verily a celebration for Us!” [2]

The one who encompasses active, creative love — conquers the negative karma and cognizes the Divine Fire. And “… the cosmic daring suffuses (such) a carrier of Fire” [2].

“Among the kinds of courage, the most invincible is the courage of the flaming heart when, with full resolve, with full awareness of the feat, the warrior knows only the Path of advance.

“Only the extreme degree of the courage of desperation is comparable to the courage of the flaming heart. With the same speed as the desperation flees from the past — the courage of the flaming heart advances to the future.

“Thus, if one lacks the courage of the flaming heart, let there be the courage of desperation! Only thus warriors can achieve victory when the pressure is great.

“All other kinds of courage are of no significance, for there is half-decisiveness in them. One has to avoid this quality, next to cowardice and betrayal.” [2]

“Which way is the most certain on the Path to Us? The most certain way is the selflessness of the feat! The most wondrous fire is the flame of the heart filled with love for the Hierarchy!” [2]

“Help each other, harken! Help in small and in great! … Help wherever the hand can reach, wherever a thought can fly! … The heart aflame with help is Our heart!” [2]

Agni Yoga: Hard Karma

August 9, 2015

The life of many people on the Earth is full of suffering. However, it is their destiny (karma) created by the ethical mistakes which they made in the contemporary life or in the past lives. This situation is favorable for them to begin seeking the way out of the desperate situation and thus to begin changing themselves. If one does not do this, the situation becomes worse.

“… Human souls go through the ‘purgatory’ on the Earth.” [3]

(Another possible reason for our afflictions is God’s usage of them as a means for pointing out to His students a necessity for a radical change in their “course of life” [12]).

In any case — during whatever calamity and affliction — one has to heed the guidance of God more than usual, to get rid of one’s lower self, and try to stay closer to Him.

“One must understand that imperil (the psychic energy of hatred, anger) and coarse worldly desires produce severe ulcers… Ulcers of the spirit are carried over to the other world if they are not healed on the Earth. Liberation from the material body does not mean deliverance from spiritual ulcers.” [3]

“Forces serving the Light do not interfere with one’s karma, as some who are not aware of the power of karma believe. The Forces of Light observe human actions, suggesting the direction yet not interfering with life.” [3]

Only those spiritually ignorant become embittered by earthly suffering, thus dooming themselves to hell [3].

Liberation from the shackles of hell is achieved through repentance (conscious regret about misdeeds, its purpose is to learn to avoid repeating mistakes), through the work on growing positive qualities in oneself and approaching God. They who achieved with their developed spiritual hearts the Mergence with the Divine Fire become fully liberated from their bad karma.

God says: “I am the best Help to you!” [40:Leaves of Morya’s Garden. Call].

The best remedy for all afflictions is Mergence with Him. If we stay in this Mergence, we have His Shield. “All dangers are trifling. Even an encounter with strong dark entities is not dangerous if one maintains a firm connection with the Hierarchy!” [40:Heart]

In order to come to the Mergence, one has to wage war, the war against one’s own imperfections.

“Let people realize (now) the surrounding danger. … Life in the subtle world (between incarnations) is incomparably longer. One has to be prepared for it!” [40:AUM]

“… It is terrible to be afraid of the Light, because the Fire turns then into a devouring flame!” [40:AUM]

“It is so difficult for people to say the simplest law: ‘Blessed are the obstacles — thanks to them we grow.’ People admit tests easily until encountering them. No one is willing to quicken his or her advancement through obstacles!

“It is still more intolerable to humanity to hear about the usefulness of suffering. The reason is not that people fear pain or discomfort, but that they cannot think of a life beyond earthly existence! They are ready to suffer the discomfort of an overnight stay for the sake of tomorrow’s celebration, but they do not want to contrast the earthly life with the Infinity!

“Fear of the Infinity is the most shameful manifestation of a reasonable being!” [40:AUM]

Keys to the Secrets of Life. Achievement of Immortality

March 30, 2015

(forest lecture for film)

Why do we live on the Earth? What is the meaning of our lives?

From the history of philosophy, we know some unsuccessful attempts to find answers to these questions.

For example, the founders of existentialism asserted that the life of every one of us on the Earth is nothing more than a chance event. Moreover, no one of us gave permission to live here. They lamented the life on the Earth and regarded suicide as the only correct way out of this situation.

They were atheists.

But many contemporary believers, people who believe in the existence of God, never ask this question at all. They… just dream about earthly well-being and about avoiding going to hell after the death of the body… And what does one have to do for this? They believe one has to participate in various religious rituals, to repent one’s real and imaginary sins, also to pray — which means, first of all, to beg salvation from hell from God or from various deities and saints invented by particular religious movements.

This kind of absurdity was always preached in such religious movements. Priests instilled in the minds of their “flock” the ideas about wrathful God who punishes people; therefore, one has to fear Him! And we, priests, are your intercessors: we “pray” God to forgive you and teach you how to “pray” in the right way…

Why do I call such a form of pseudo-religiosity — absurdity? Because in reality, we, according to the Will of God, have to DEVELOP OURSELVES as souls in accordance with His Teachings — rather than moaning to Him about our sinfulness! And we should not beg earthly favors from Him but we have to strive to become “perfect as our Heavenly Father is perfect” — as Jesus Christ commanded!

And another point: is it fear that helps to establish good relationships? No! It is love! It is not by chance that Jesus and all other Divine Teachers teach us not to be afraid, not to hate, but to LOVE!

There is another attempt to explain the meaning of our lives. It is also a wrong one, though of a higher level. I consider it to be of a higher level because it has some positive meaning, though quite little. According to it, we appeared on the Earth because God was bored of being alone in His Abode… and thus decided to divide a part of Himself into small particles — souls. For what? Just for fun, just to be able to look from the outside at Himself, to entertain Himself in this way… And what do we need to do then? We just need to become aware of our coessentiality with Him.

How should we regard these naive ideas?

They slightly resemble the truth… though in a very poor way!

Why poor? Because this tale misses the DESCRIPTION OF GOD. Therefore, it does not provide even a hint as to where one has to seek God in order to realize this coessentiality with Him…

The reason for this kind of misunderstanding is that the majority of the embodied people are psychogenetically young souls, who are not capable of comprehending with the mind such phenomena as the multidimensionality of space, for example. And without correct understanding of this concept, one cannot understand the essence of God and the way of cognition of Him.

We discussed this subject in our books; please read them! Now I am going just to say briefly that the spatial dimensions are strata of the Absolute, which differ among themselves by the levels of the coarseness-subtlety scale.

The Creator (or God-the-Father, the Primordial Consciousness, Ishvara, Tao, Allah and so on — He may be called differently in different human languages) is the most subtle Part of the Absolute — Its MAIN Part, which is INFINITE in size and exists ETERNALLY.

On the other end of the coarseness-subtlety scale, there is hell — the abode of the most despising souls: aggressive, malicious, consisting of dark energies.

* * *

In reality, individual souls originated not as particles of the Primordial Consciousness, but as particles of another component of the Absolute — so-called protopurusha.

The task of these souls (including every one of us) is to advance in their development to the Primordial Consciousness, the Creator.

It will be more clear to you if you look at the scheme for studying the structure of the Absolute, which shows in particular the dynamics of processes within the Absolute.

In the end, souls who have achieved Perfection infuse into the Creator and thus enrich Him with themselves. Having settled forever in the Abode of the Creator and living now in Mergence with Him as His integral Parts, these Divine Souls continue to work by providing help to other evolving beings. In the world of embodied people, They appear as Representatives of the Creator, Who are called Holy Spirits (in the aggregate sense, They are called the Holy Spirit).

This constitutes the meaning of the existence of the entire Creation, including the meaning of our lives and the lives of all beings!

As for those who do not follow this path, who on the contrary develop in themselves coarseness, aggressiveness, cruelty — their destiny is hell.

The information I am telling you now was not invented by me. No, this knowledge was imparted to people by God; the Holy Spirits taught this knowledge to embodied people in the past and teach it now.

Among such Teachers we know, in particular, Thoth-the-Atlantean (He was Hermes Trismegistus in His next Divine Incarnation), Pythagoras, Krishna, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ, the Divine Teachers of later epochs and our Contemporaries. (This information is presented most fully in our book Classics of Spiritual Philosophy and the Present).

* * *

So, what do we need to do in order to advance successfully to our true and ultimate Goal?

We must:

— study the will of God and aspire to ethical purity,

— develop ourselves intellectually,

— take care about the energetic purity and health of the organism, strive to make it as pure as possible,

— master the methods of psychical self-regulation which allow one, in particular, to transform oneself into a growing spiritual heart and to refine oneself as a consciousness. Invulnerability of the consciousness, by the way, is its inability to leave subtle and pure states, independent of the circumstances,

then we must:

— gain the ability to live in the state of inner quietness (hesychia), because successful meditative work can be performed only against such a background,

— then one has to develop oneself quantitatively (as a consciousness); an individual consciousness can be grown to giant sizes — thousands or million times larger than the size of the human body,

— then one needs to explore the structure of the Absolute with the developed consciousness, to settle in more and more subtle strata of the Absolute up to the Abode of the Creator,

— and to help others on this Path.

Let me note right away that attempts to use drugs with the purpose of going to “other worlds” are wrong: they result in destruction of the health both of the body and of the consciousness.

Probably, some points mentioned above need to be commented.

For example, one may say: “Now everything is clear to me! Now I will go to God! I will learn to meditate! Now I understand that there is no need to finish school, there is no need to go to university!” Yet, this would be a wrong conclusion. All forms of education not only enrich us with various information, but they also develop the THINKING FUNCTION OF THE CONSCIOUSNESS. And without a well-developed intellect, one cannot traverse the entire Path: one will UNAVOIDABLY go astray from it and will be lost.

* * *

As for avoiding contamination of the organism and cleansing it, the following advice is helpful. One needs:

— to wash the body daily with soap, if possible,

— to eat food containing a complete set of necessary amino-acids and vitamins; food cooked of bodies of killed animals has to be excluded completely: such a nutrition is wrong from the ethical standpoint and from the energetic standpoint as well, because it prevents the refinement of the consciousness and causes manifestations of gout and other diseases,

also one needs:

— to avoid close emotional relationships with energetically coarse people; such contacts are especially unfavorable in sexual relations,

— one needs to be in nature often, especially in the morning and evening; attunement of the consciousness with the subtle beauty of nature is a powerful purifier of the soul; we demonstrated this in our previous films,

— there are also special techniques of Raja Yoga which allow one to achieve quickly the purity of the energy structures of the organism, that is the chakras and meridians,

— and then, on the stage of Buddhi Yoga, one continues the work on removing bad energies from the organism and on MAKING THE CELLS OF THE BODY DIVINE.

* * *

By the way, what is the difference between Raja Yoga and Buddhi Yoga?

Raja Yoga is the stage of cleansing the organism and further self-development within the physical body and the energy cocoon around the body.

When everything necessary is done on this stage — one can continue the work on the stage of Buddhi Yoga, that is the work on the development of oneself as a consciousness outside the body and the cocoon. It is the methods of Buddhi Yoga that help one to become a Mahatma — a Great Atman. They also allow one to enter the Abode of the Creator — provided one knows how to do it and the Creator allows entering. After that, one continues to live in the Abode in the state of ETERNAL MERGENCE WITH THE CREATOR.

It is important to understand that one can exit from the physical body into the Divine strata of the Absolute only if the body is cleansed to the necessary level of purity. If the body is contaminated with coarse energies, then one can exit from it only into coarse non-material dimensions. Therefore, it is inadvisable to make attempts to go outside the body if it hasn’t been cleansed well enough.

The methods of refinement and growing of the consciousness, increasing its ability of acting in the non-material worlds, also the methods of direct exploration of the multidimensional Absolute are called meditations. There are many of them. Of the higher meditations described in the ancient literary sources, one can mention the meditation Cross which Jesus Christ taught to His closest Disciples (this meditation is mentioned by Philip the Apostle in His Gospel), the meditation Pyramid described by Thoth-the-Atlantean, the meditation of Krishna from the Bhagavad Gita Supporting all living beings with the hands of love, meditation of Lao Tse Ocean. (You may read about them in the book Classics of Spiritual Philosophy and the Present). Of course, in order to perform these meditations one needs serious preparatory training.

By the way, the ability of the consciousness which is free from the material body (though the body, at that, remains living, healthy, and able) — depends first of all on the size of the consciousness. The size of an individual consciousness defines also the so-called personal power.

It is very important to understand that on the Path to higher spiritual achievements, only the consciousness which is subtle can grow and develop successfully; the state of subtlety has to become natural, basic. If one has not achieved this status, it is quite easy to fall back to coarseness — and then such a person goes to hell rather than to the Abode of the Creator. In such cases, quite often one cannot notice one’s own degradation and coarsening…

Yet there are special techniques that help make the consciousness subtle. One of the techniques consists in working with so-called Mahadoubles of Divine Teachers. A Mahadouble is a Divine Consciousness that assumed a giant anthropomorphic form standing over the ground. In this form, our Divine Teachers appear to us.

A consciousness refined to Their Divine level of subtlety is capable of SEEING these Mahadoubles and TALKING with Them. For such an advanced spiritual seeker, They become personal Divine Spiritual Teachers. Filling the form of Their Mahadoubles with oneself provides one with invaluable initial experience of Mergence with God.

Yet this is only the beginning of the path to the achievement of Divinity.

Then one has to learn — with the help of the Divine Teachers — to live in Their common Abode: in the Abode of the Creator, in the state of firm Mergence with Him.

This Goal can be and must be realized during life in the physical body. This cannot be done after the death of the body, because it is the material body that allows the transformation the energy derived from the ordinary food into the energy of the growing consciousness.

* * *

In the works left by some incarnate Divine Teachers — that is Messiahs, Avatars — there is information about the possibility for man to achieve Immortality. What does it mean?

There are two forms of such Immortality.

In the first form, one abandons the cycle of births and deaths, that is, one does not need to be born in a body on the Earth and to die any more. This form of Immortality is achieved through the firm and full Mergence with the Primordial Consciousness in Its Abode. Further incarnations of such Divine Souls may take place — but only voluntarily and not for the sake of personal self-development but with the purpose of providing the most efficient help to incarnate people.

Yet, there is another form of Immortality — when on the basis of the achievements mentioned above, one achieves also the immortality of the physical body. This requires that the cells of the material body be brought to the Divine level of subtlety.

It was described in our book Classics of Spiritual Philosophy and the Present. Among Those possessing such immortal bodies we know Jesus Christ, Adler, and Thoth-the-Atlantean. They explained to us how one can achieve this goal — and it seems quite feasible.

* * *

Hopefully, I managed to inspire you to make efforts on the spiritual Path. Walk it! By doing so we realize the Will of the Creator, Who sent us to live on the Earth!

Now, once we have understood the meaning of our lives — doesn’t it make sense to dedicate all our time and efforts to the realization of this meaning?

Walk this Path! Even if one manages to traverse not the entire Path but only some part of it — anyway this makes one’s life happier in the current incarnation, and it will be much easier to continue walking the Path the next time!
